Writing is cathartic for you, though clearly not entirely. You do it well. Your story bears repeating.

This Jew stands with you, Professor!

What a well-written account despite the absolute tragedy of this travesty.

Have you been in touch with Eve Barlow? I would love to see her amplify your story.

Praying you are ultimately vindicated and receive a record financial settlement that guarantees Guelph can never again orchestrate a witch hunt based on lies, rumours, gossip, mass (antisemitic) panic and hysteria.

Thank you for standing up and speaking out.

Just read “Tenure”, by Blaine L Pardoe on my Kindle, and thought of you. It’s the story of a history professor who (gasp) uses the wrong pronoun in his class and is fired, doxxed, and worse, and then goes full Charles Bronson “Deathwish” mode to get his revenge. Not suggesting it as a course of action, but you may find it vicariously quite satisfying! Also, looks like there’s a sequel coming, too.

I find this story hard to believe. Did it really happen. And if so why wasnt legal council used to vindicate the proffessor. There could be any number of ways to exact retribution including shaming to university. Making the comment that the worst was that no one did anything or that i am not my brothers keeper is a side show. From a students point of view the attack on the proffessr was cut and dried. How could students be expected to support the proffessor with such overwhelming evidence. This could apply to many of the adults in the story. I suggest that the tragedy is that legal system failed the proffessor. But the real failure is on the side of those who did not follow throgh with his defence. It may be difficult but that is no excuse. My view is that, if true, this event could have set an example of justice winning in the end. Now its just provided motivation for those who want to continue this type of action

Sorry you had to go through that, though I doubt American University would be much better. Canada is a steaming pile of shit that allowed another professor to be punished for questioning DEI, and later commited suicide.
