I think his narrative will be reduced to someone who undeservedly was promoted by the DEI system on a falsified history and when uncovered he could not bear the subsequent fallout. It also says something about kids coming out of today's educational systems. They are pushed through regardless of ability and eventually it all catches up to them.
My daughter recently graduated from university and after the graduation ceremony admitted to having very mixed feelings. Rightfully proud of herself for her hard work, but also quite deflated from seeing degrees conferred on students who she knew damn well had never read an entire book, written a paper without using ChatGPT, or completed an exam without special accomodations.
it depends on the class but many universities and colleges are more focused on pushing students through than creating learning. And many students have no interest in learning. I see students that barely pass in my class - and don’t really deserve to - get As in other classes. If a prof gives high grads to everyone they keep students and admin happy. Students don’t learn anything but no one cares.
