I need to see if the media in the US or Israel will jump on board. The labour board is so bent I don’t think it’s winnable there. Their winning position will be “even though we said in writing we refused to represent you and did nothing - nothing will not be thought to represent a complete absence of consideration”. It will be a ruling wrapped up in an oxymoron- if the labour board ever has a hearing. It’s tough for CIJA to win and it’s almost impossible to win as a single Jew in Ontario. One thinks that they work with principles going to evidence and judgement. I wish. They don’t act as judges- they act as defence attorneys for their pre judgement and prejudices
